….the sun finally started shining! We had a wonderful time. My Mother-in-law took a day off from work and we all went to get some shots in the blue bonnets. After that we drove downtown, went to the Market Square and then to the Alamo.

Definitely a time to remember.

P.S.: I got Adobe Photoshop Elements a little while ago. While being here, I just started putting together basic layouts to show you some of our photos. Please go easy on me. It’s  fun though!

  1. Wow, how do you do that? I can do VERY little in PhotoShop. I don’t think we have PhotoShop Elements, but I don’t know what the difference is. Anyway, I think you did a fabulous job! I wouldn’t have a clue how to do that! Glad you had a great time!

  2. I think it looks great! It’s certainly more than I can do! It does look like fun, so maybe I should dust off my manual…

  3. I think it’s great!

  4. I love it. I am SO happy the sun came out for you..while you headed downtown! The photo elements seems to working out for you! You seem to be learning much faster then I am!
Hope you have another great day!

  7. Go easy on you? Oh my . . . you are the stamping and scrapping QUEEN to me. I constantly check out what you’re doing and sometimes CASE. I love your tutorials on SCS, too.

I really need help in the area of scrapping, so your sample is cool. Have you ever used Creative Memories’ “Storybook” products? I just created an album for my daughter in 3 hours (shockingly quick for me) and she’s the only one of my three children with a finished album now! Digital scrapping is AWESOME!

  8. Is is so cool to follow your vacation. I love getting your blog updates. You are one amazing woman! The pictures are beautiful. If you ever get to Fort Worth, I have a whole garden of bluebonnets to photograph, and maybe you could show me how to use Photoshop.

  9. I was going to ask if it was a digital layout or not! I just got AE P too and it’s a very fun program. You’ll really enjoy it. I love the dimension in this — you did a great job!

  10. great job! those photos are wonderful, makes me miss me miss TX~
