Yesterday was a great  mail day ! Not only did I get my goodies from Eclectic Paperie in the mail, I also got RAK’ed big time.

I couldn’t believe it when I opened Jennifer Langton’senvelope! She send me gorgeous ribbon, a great post it note holder, a card and an Inky Attics stamp. She said she wondered why I am not using stamps from that company. Well….this gorgeous turtle is my first Inky Attics stamp. Not too long ago I didn’t buy anything but Stampin’ Up!: Designer paper, ribbon, stamps. Then I started buying ribbon from Cindy, aka Starlitstudio. Next Joy and Daisy opened her wonderful online store, Eclectic Paperie and BAM….I can’t stop buying things from other companies.

Jennifer, you didn’t leave your SCS name, nor your address on your envelope or card. Please email me with your snail mail address. The least I can do is send you a Thank you card! Thank you for your wonderful gifts. Jennifer emailed me. Check our her blog Doodleblog.

Mail was international yesterday. This gorgeous card is from my Canadian blogging buddy Allison Fillo. You all know and love her blog. I don’t know how she does it, but she knows what’s going on in the cyberworld and she keeps us informed. She lists blog candy and tutorials….She is amazing! If you haven’t found her blog Stampin when I can (which I seriously doubt), make sure you check it out!

This card is from a dear friend of mine, Jacqui Davis (SCS: Uneek1). I met her when I first started out as a demo. We quickly started stamping a lot together. We both moved two times since then and still email each other frequently. She is the sweetest person!

  2. Hey Beate! Thanks so much for your beautiful card, I just LOVE it!! Yours will be there soon (sorry so late…traveling so much has made getting to the poste bank quite tricky!)

Love seeing your fun new toys and all your birthday cards…thanks for sharing all the different creations you are getting. And I LOVE your idea of how to recycle them…think I’ll have to send some cards along to Dawn myself!

Glad the headache is better…and have some fun stamping today!

    Huggs,
    Jana

  3. Oh…I am so glad you got it (me and Canada Post are not the best of friends right now!)…

  4. Oh, how wonderful! You get to celebrate your birthday for more than one day! 🙂

  5. Hi Beate,

I am glad you received my card, sorry it was late but had a long way to go! Thanks for all you do on SCS – you certainly deserve all the great cards you received.

  6. Good Lord, girl, everyone loves you! It’s no wonder you live somewhere called “Niceville”. How appropriate!

    Smiles to you,
    Amy

  7. Thanks for sharing all of your birthday cards with us. You have gotten some beautiful ones.

  8. So much kindness, wonderful cards, and gits, it’s mind boggling!!
    ENJOY and TFS.

  9. Can you believe the dragonfly is not a stamp, but was on the same DP as the main image and I just cut it out and attached with mini glue dots to give it dimension. The only stamping was the happy birthday. What did we ever do before designer papers?!? Happy Birthday Beate 🙂 Nancy
