I loved this set when it first came out in last year’s Holiday Mini catalog. I was very excited to see it in the big idea book and catalog this year.
The card base is a 3 3/4″ x 7 1/2″ piece of Riding Hood Red cardstock folded in half (Don’t ask me why that size. I had a scrap piece laying around that was that size).
Next is a 3 1/4″ square of Chocolate Chip cardstock. The designer paper used are all from the Ski Slope Designer Paper pack.
The horizontal strip was punched with the Scallop Edge punch. The layers above this strip were paper pierced. White Taffeta ribbon was tied around the scalloped strip.
The snowman is from the Merry & Bright stamp set. It was stamped with Brown Palette ink and colored with Baja Breeze, Riding Hood Red and Old Olive classic ink and Aqua Painter. It was punched out with the 1 1/4″ circle punch, layered on a 1 3/8″ chocolate chip circle and a scallop circle out of Ridinig Hood Red cardstock.
Three 1/4″ Whisper White circles were adhered to the right hand side and topped with Ruby Red brads.
The sentiment was stamped with Brown Palette ink in Whisper White cardstock and punched out with the Window Word Punch. On the upper left hand side I added a 1/4″ circle punchout of the Ski Slope paper and topped it with a brad from the Filigree brad assortment.
