Here is another card I created for the latest Product Review. We were lucky enough not only to receive two of the new M-Bossabilities folder, but also one of the new Cut, Fold and Tuck dies for the review. I know….my job is tough. LOL

Remember years ago when the Lattice border was the big hit on cards? These dies remind me of that, except for they are floral, star or scalloped shaped. To showcase the Round About Cut, Fold and Tuck I received, I started adding Tumbled Glass Distress Ink over a piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock. I cut the piece with the smallest of the die, then stamped one of the stamps from Large Doily stamp set in Broken China Distress ink.

After folding and tucking the cut pieces over it was adhered over a piece of white cardstock, cut and embossed with a Tear Drop Circle Nestabilities die.  A piece of October Afternoon Modern Homemaker paper was cut and embossed with a Blossom Tag & Accent die and layered on another white cardstock, cut and embossed with another die from the Blossom Tag & Accent die pack.

A piece of white cardstock was cut with a  Grand Circle Nestabilities die and embossed with the gorgeous  Elegance M-Bossibilities folder. A strip of October Afternoon Weathervane paper was cut with the same circle die and stitched to the white circle.   A sentient from the Large Doily set was stamped to the lower right of the strip. Yellow Organdy Ribbon was tied above the sentiment. The bow was topped with a button, tied on with Linen Thread.

The card base was cut and embossed with a Grand Scalloped Circle Nestabilities die out of MFT’s Berrylicious cardstock. Rhinestones and part of a Finesse Rhinestone Swirl finish off the card.

It’s time for another Timeless Tuesday challenge. Our hostess is Tammy and she asked us to be inspired by country living. I read country, pulled out the darling flower print from October Afternoon Sidewalks Paper and worked from there.

A 3 1/4″ x 3 1/2″ piece of gingham paper from the Sidewalks paper was adhered over a 3 1/2″ x 6″ piece from the same paper pack. The bottom corners were rounded and all the edges were sanded. A paper doily was adhered to the left hand side and the edges of the paper were stitched.

A sentiment from Life Lines was stamped in  Rich Cocoa Memento Ink on a piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock, cut and embossed with an Ornate Artisan Tags & Accent die.  The center of the panel was sponged with Shabby Shutters Distress ink. Seam binding was tied around the paper before the sentiment panel was adhered over the ribbon and paper doily with dimensionals.

A solid butterfly was cut and embossed with a Wonderful Wings die and topped with an outline butterfly cut and embossed out of Solar White cardstock. The butterfly was topped with rhinestones from a Brown Finesse Rhinestone swirl and adhered slightly to the right of the sentiment panel. Part of that brown Finesse swirl was adhered to the upper left side of the sentiment. The layers were adhered to the card base, a 3 1/2″ x 12″ piece of white cardstock, folded in half.

The image was adhered to the patterned paper square with dimensionals and the ribbon was tied around the main layers. Everything was adhered to the card base a 5″ x 11″ piece of cardstock, folded in half. A sentiment from the new Whimsy set called Thank You Tabs was stamped in Jet Black Archival ink. The solid part of the sentiment was cut out and adhered to the lower right of the card base and a layered flower was added above.  Stardust Stickles was applied over the flower as well as the flower in the image. Today’s Whiff of Joy Challenge is “Love is in the Air. I hadn’t used my “Nora blowing Kisses” image yet and thought it would be perfect for this challenge. The image was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on  a 4″ square of Neenah Solar White cardstock. The image was colored with Copic Markers (Skin: E000, E00, E01, E11, BV00    Hair: Y23, Y26, E35, E97    shoes/dress: Booo, B12, B14, B16   hearts/socks: YR07, R08, R27, R39   Ground: W4, W5, W7  background: W00, W0, W1). Stardust Stickles was added over the hearts.

The edges of the image square were distressed and Picket Fence Crackle Paint was added to the edges.  Once it was dry the edges were  sponged with Pumice Stone Distress ink and a border was stitched around the edges. The image was adhered to  a piece of Kraft cardstock, cut and embossed with the largest of the  Beaded Square Nestabilities dies.

A 2″ x 4 3/4″ piece of October Afternoon Farmhouse paper was stitched to a 4 3/4″ square of the same paper pack. A hole was punched to the lower right corner of the image layers and White Organdy ribbon was threaded through it. The image layer was adhered to the paper with dimensionals and the ribbon was tied into a bow.

The layers were adhered to the card base a 5″ x 11″ piece of Solar White cardstock folded in half. The bottom edge of the card base was cut and embossed with Classic Scallop Edgeabilities dies. A sentiment from the General Sayings sentiment set was stamped on a strip of Solar White cardstock. The edges of the strip were punched with a square punch, the strip was shaped into a banner and adhered under the ribbon bow. Rhinestones on the sentiment panel and the upper right hand corner of the image  and parts of a Finesse Rhinestone Swirl finish off the card.

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you have time to participate in the challenge.  Have a wonderful day!

As soon as I saw the new Unity stamps by Phyllis Harris I knew I wanted them. They are so cute. Unfortunately those images are rather big. You have to use them partially or make a bigger then regular card to make them fit on to your card.

I stamped the image from Your Wings Exist in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on Neenah Solar White cardstock , cut and embossed it with the smallest of the Grand Circle Nestabilities die and colored it with Copic Markers (Dress: Y15, Y17, YR15, YR09   Skin: R000, E01   Hair: E97, E99, E09   Grass: YG21, YG23, YG17   Ground: E31, E33, W3, W5, YG23    Sky: B0000, B000, B00). The circle was stitched to a piece of Kraft cardstock, cut and embossed with a Grand Scalloped Circle Nestabilities die.

A 3″ x 4 1/2″ piece of Echo Park Country Drive paper was adhered to a 4 1/2″ x 5″ piece of October Afternoon Seaside paper. The bottom two  corners were rounded and the paper was stitched to a 1/4″ bigger piece of Solar White cardstock. White Organdy ribbon was tied around the horizontal strip. A button was tied over the bow with Linen Thread and the image was adhered over the ribbon with dimensionals.

A sentiment from the same set was stamped in Tuxedo Black ink on a Solar White cardstock, cut and embossed with a Classic Oval Nestabilities die and colored with Copic Marker B0000. The sentiment was adhered under the bow. Parts of a Finesse Rhinestone Swirl were adhered to the lower left and upper right corner of the layers and everything was adhered to the card base, a 4  3/4″ x 11″ piece of Kraft cardstock, folded in half.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful weekend!

For my sample I chose the gorgeous Paperwhites Stamp set. The image was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on  Neenah Solar White cardstock. It was colored with Copic Markers (Y11, Y13, Y18, W00, W2, YG21, YG23, YG17, B0000, B000, B00) and cut and embossed with the largest of the Classic Oval Nestabilities. The oval was adhered to a piece of white cardstock, cut and embossed with the largest Beaded Oval Nestabilities die (the Beaded Circle and Oval dies are still some of my favorites).

A strip of Venetian Lace was adhered under a 2 1/4″ x 3 3/4″ piece of October Afternoon Weathervane Paper. The strip was taped to a 3 3/4″ x 5″ piece of OA Fly A Kite paper. The layers were stitched to a 1/4″ bigger piece of white cardstock. May Arts White Organdy Ribbon was tied around the horizontal layer before everything was adhered to the card base, a 4 1/4″ x 11″ piece of Kraft cardstock, folded in half. The bow was topped with an October Afternoon button, tied on with silver cord.

Parts of a Finesse Rhinestone Swirl were adhered to the upper right and lower left of the card front before the image layers was placed over it. Rhinestones from a  72 Count Rhinestone pack were added to the Beaded oval layer. A sentiment was stamped on a piece of cardstock that had been cut and embossed with a Fancy Tag die.

Check out what the rest of the design team has created!

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you have time to participate in the challenge this month! It’s’ easy. Who doesn’t like bling? I definitely have a hard time not making a card with at least some bling on it.
