I am sorry I am posting so late. I haven’t had a change to stamp yet. All weekend I played with my kids. We are really into having little dance wars on our dance mats (it’s not pretty when we do it, but boy we have a blast!) We had a great time…but I don’t have anything new I made to show you.
This morning is the first day of school for them. I already dusted, vacuumed, mopped floors, cleaned the bathroom, walked to stores and post office, got Rick’s first box packed, went back to the post office to mail it, baked cookies, did the laundry and prepped Schnitzel for dinner. Now the kids are about to come back from school, I haven’t done my SCS work yet and I still haven’t touched my stamps.
So I figured I share with you guys a great card I got a little while ago from Vicki Garrett.
It really brightened my day when I got this card.

I hope I get to stamp later today. After feeding my kids some cookies, listening to their stories about their first day at school, working on spelling works and cooking dinner! Tomorrow…tomorrow I will stamp. I don’t have to clean, bake or shop tomorrow!

Wow! You have been busy!! It was first day back to school for us too and I had volunteer stuff to do at the school. Now I’m home and need to dust and vacuum. Hope I get some stamp time in before the homework time!

It sounds like you had a very productive day (even if stamping wasn’t part of the mix for today). I too did a lot of cleaning today as hubby and the kids headed back to school. I’m praying for you all as I know it must be so tough not having Rick there. Enjoy the wonderful stories from your kids 🙂

WOW, I am ready for a nap, you have been busy – Schnitzel? I love Schnitzel, now I want me some Schnitzel, see if I can convince anyone to go out for dinner tonight for some Schnitzel. this card is really pretty, love the paper she used.
WOW! You are super Mom!! I miss the days when I could be home and do that stuff! My house is NEVER clean and I rarely bake. Dinner’s aren’t near as good as they used to be either!

I haven’t stamped either!!!! My room is a mess and I have had a horrible cough thing and sinus stuff for over a week now! I can’t even find the strength to finish putting the Christmas deocrations away! UGH! And time spent with the kids is more important anyway!!!!
And I want your recipe for Schnitzel! I am German and Irish and love German food and so does Mike! There is a great German restaurant in Hagerstown, MD we go to called the Schmankerlstube and he gets it all the time! My mouth waters thinking about going there! And their Hacker-Pschorr Hefe-Weiss beer is to die for! Ok…………time for a trip!

Ooohhh schnitzel! Oh man, I miss my German restaurant. They closed down cuz the owners retired and couldn’t find anyone else to take over. Ohhhhh I miss my jagerschnitzel and spaetzle and brotchen and goulaschsup and kasseplatte……….
