I have a problem! I can’t keep up with the WSC participation anymore.
I tried for the last two weeks and it takes all my free time. I don’t stamp anymore. It is stressing me out. I love that everyone is participating, but I can’t comment on every entry anymore. I am sorry, but I hope you understand.

I received a RAK from Tiffany Cordero with this layout and thought it would make a wonderful sketch challenge:

To participate in the challenge and be entered in the  raffle, make a card with this layout and upload it either to your blog, or to an online gallery.

If you upload your card on SCS, put WSC46  (NO SPACE INBETWEEN WSC AND 46) in the keyword section. That way we can look at all of them at once!

Post a link to your card to this blog entry as a comment. Please add your entry# to it.

I will determine the winner  with Random.org on Monday at 11:00 a.m. CST

Have fun creating! I can’t wait to see what you come up with.

  1. Hi there…you know I never expected that you would comment on each and every card made. However, do you think you could ask the gals who make samples to comment on some each week.

Either way, I just enjoy playing! Thanks!

  2. Great sketch Beate! Don’t stress girl, this is supposed to be fun! So, you don’t comment on every one – who cares? Just do what you can, people understand! Have some of the dt members help out if you want to ensure people that someone is looking…you don’t want to take the fun out of stampin’ for yourself, that’s what this is all about!! Happy Friday, girl!

  3. here is another one. After I finished it I realized I goofed..enjoy anyhow

  4. While I am totally thrilled to have you comment on my blog…I completely understand that this must take sooooo much of your time. I would much rather you keep doing the challenges and not comment vs. give up the challenges…so just do what you can!

    Here’s my card,

  5. When I first started these challenges, I was amazed that you had the time to comment on all of them. Now I know you really don’t! Don’t worry about it – we appreciate the effort you put into your blog and all the amazing cards you make. Chill out, relax – enjoy your family and your passion for stamping. Can’t wait to try the sketch this weekend.
    Hugs – G

  6. Don’t stress over not leaving comments.
I am sure I am not speaking only for myself when I say the challenges are fun and stimulating, and there’s plenty enough of satisfaction in doing it and looking at the other submissions in the gallery without you needing to leave comments :D. Your own creative time is more important!!
Will be back over the weekend – at the moment I’m still finishing up the inspiration challenge, LOL.

  7. #4 Hi Beate! I had so much fun with this challenge, I made two!

I would never have expected you to comment an all the entries! It is just fun to make them. I think more time stamping and less time computer-ing is always needed!

  8. Thanks Beate for the fun challenge. I finally got a chance to play along.

  9. Hello sweet Beate! Enjoy some comment-free stamping time from me!

    Here’s my card!: http://stampwithlinz.blogspot.com/2008/05/beates-weekend-challenge.html

  10. Hi Beate – just hosting the challenge is more than enough. Take back your time and go have fun stamping…or reading in the backyard…or going to the beach with the kids! I learn so much from your blog and your tutorials. I truly enjoy visiting each day.

  11. OK, you had me worried there for a minute! So long as you keep issuing the challenges, we’re probably all happy campers!

  12. Hi Beate, Thanks again for the challenge. And, please, don’t stress yourself out by commenting on all the entries – although it is very much appreciated when you do!! You have so many people participating and I think we all understand that it can be too much sometimes with all that goes on in our day to day lives.
Well, I was able to complete this card this morning. Here it is:

  24. Another awesome sketch, thanks Beate! And like some of the other commenters have said, I am sure not everyone expects that you have the time to comment on all of the cards that are made. Geesh, you would never get away from the computer! I know personally I am just grateful for your wonderful inspiration each week 🙂 It really does get me going for the weekend, so THANK YOU!
With that said, here is my entry for this week:

  40. #42
Thanks for this fun sketch! And no, I’m not expecting you to see it. You take enough time to show us all kinds of new things and give us challenges and your awesome tutorials, you do plenty! Thank you!!!

  41. #43

Wow Beate! This one was lots of fun! Don’t worry about commenting on all of those cards. It’s not worth it! We know you care about us! 😀 Here is my card:

  42. Just love playing your weekend challenges. Here is the card that I made for this weekends WSC46 challenge.

Hope you are having a wonderful weekend.

  43. Whatever you have the time to do is always appreciated. I know how much time it takes just doing the everyday things with three children and a house to run and a long distance husband (been there!). So I am always impressed with how much you do achieve. Don’t give yourself a hard time over what you can’t do – I’m sure that everyone will understand.
Here’s my entry for this weeks sketch challenge

  44. Wow, I am #46!
