Today Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps is releasing their new FAB-U-LOUS September images!  As you’ve seen over the last few days in our Krafty Peeks,  Annie Rodrigue has created some sweet and sassy ladies this month!  There are five images in the complete set and they are Annette, Betty, Jayne, Raychel and Samantha and each one comes with it’s own sexy sentiment!!

And Steven Leary is back with Miles the Mouse and some new friends!   This month they are sharing some sweet times at a birthday party AND getting ready for some fall fun!  You’ll get to check them all out in today’s September release day KRAFTY HOP!!

If you want to start from the beginning, just head over to the Kraftin’ Kimmie Challenge Blog!  As you hop from blog to blog, be sure to leave a comment at each and every stop because some lucky stampers will win packages of stamps from the new release!!  If you are coming from Vicki’s blog you are right on track. After my blog, make sure to hop on over to Krista’s blog to check out her sweet creation.

I stamped Samantha in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on a 2 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored her with Copic Markers (Hair: YR31, YR65, Clothes: B91, B93, B95, B97 Clothes, lips, shoes: R22, R27, R39, Skin: E11, E13 Lipstick holder, powder box: C1, C3, C5, Powder: E04, W5). The image was adhered to a 1/4″ bigger piece of basic black cardstock. The layeres were stitched on the right and bottom edge. Three clear Kaisercraft Rhinestones on the top or right hand side finish off that panel.

For this card all patterned paper used were from an old Chatterbox grab bag special I got at Eclectic Paperie a long time ago. I cut a black lacey circle with the largest Lacey Circle Nestabilities die and layered it with a patterned paper circle cut and embossed with Classic Circle Nestabilities and sanded with a sanding block.

The edges of a 5 1/4″ square of blue striped paper were sanded, a 1 1/2″ block of patterned paper was added to the right of the square before that was stitched to a 1/4″ bigger piece of basic black cardstock. The circle layers were adhered to the left of the card and a black tassel was adhered over both the circle as well as the little square. The main image was then adhered to the layers with dimensionals. Rhinestone strips were taped over the top of the showing tassel ribbon.

The sentiment was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on Neenah Solar White cardstock and cut out with one or the Ribbon Tag Trio dies. The ribbon slit on the right side was covered with three tiny Prima Flowers, the left side with three clear Kaisercraft Rhinestones. A Recollection rhinestone swirl was added overlapping both the circle as well as the image.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Hugs and smiles

  34. Just love the way you have used those Nestabilities & made a feature of them to complement the image panel without detracting from it. That swirl is amazing & your partial stiching on the image panel & superb idea. This is very instructive indeed.
    Thanks.
