Here is another sample I made with the new JustRite Stampers CHA release stamp sets. This time I used the beautiful Stardust Medallion stamp set.

I stamped the medallion image two times; once on a piece of MME Lost & Found Union Square patterned paper, once on a piece of Kraft cardstock with Embossing Ink. The images were embossed with white embossing powder. The patterned paper pieces were cut apart, the Kraft piece cut and embossed with the new Nested Medallion Label die.  The patterned paper pieces were adhered to the Kraft layer and topped with pieces of Baby Bling Rhinestones.

A 2″ x 2 1/2″ piece of Union Square was adhered to a 2 1/2″ x 5″ piece of the same paper pack. The layers were stitched to a 1/4″ bigger piece of white cardstock. Half a paper doily was adhered to the left side of the layers and Seam binding was tied around the horizontal strip. The bow was topped with a Paper Trellis Rose and part of a Finesse Rhinestone Swirl was adhered over the paper doily.

A sentiment from the set was stamped on a piece of white cardstock that had been cut and embossed with a retired tag die. The embossed part was sponged with Old Paper Distress ink and the medallion was stamped over it in the same color. The tag was tied to the bow and the layers were adhered to the card base, a 3″ x 11″ piece of Kraft cardstock, folded in half.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful day.

I have another card with new JustRite Stampers images to show you. Since I wanted to show off the new Stitched Ribbon Background. I kept the card pretty simple. The background was stamped in Ladybug Memento Ink on a 3 5/8″ x 4 1/2″ piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock. Part of the background was colored with Copic Marker Y17.

The background was stitched to a 1/4″ bigger piece of black cardstock and May Arts White Organdy Ribbon was tied around it. The layers were adhered to the card base, a 4 1/4″ x 11″ piece of Solar White cardstock. The bottom edge of the card base was cut and embossed with a Grand Scallop Square Nestabilities die.

A sentiment from the newly released Just Keep Calm Clear Stamp set was stamped on a piece of Solar White cardstock withJet Black Archival ink and cut and embossed with a Nested Medallion Label die. Part of a Silver Finesse Rhinestone swirl was colored with Copic Marker Y17 and adhered underneath the label. The sentiment label was adhered over the ribbon and a Prima Flower was adhered to the lower left of the label. Part of a Black Finesse Rhinestone Swirl adhered to the upper right hand side finishes of the card.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful weekend.

Today is another blog hop for a new JustRite Stampers set called Sea Shell Bay. I love the seahorse image and had to ink it up as soon as I got it.

I stamped the image with Rich Cocoa Memento Ink on a piece of  Neenah Classic White cardstock. It was cut and embossed with a  Label 22 Nestabilities die and colored with Copic Markers ( Sea Horse: YR61, YR63, YR68   Background: BG70, 2/3rd BG72 custom marker, BG72    Stars and Rope: YR21, YR24  Eyelets: C1, C3, C5). The image was adhered to a piece of Kraft cardstock, that had been hand cut into a slightly bigger layer. Stardust Stickles was added to the tiny bubbles on the image.

Pieces of Pink Paislee Nantucket Patterned paper were adhered into a big square and then cut and embossed with a  Grand Circle Nestabilities die. Ivory Crochet Lace was adhered over one of the paper seam and the edges of the circle were stitched. The circle was then adhered to the card base; Kraft cardstock cut and embossed with a Grand Scalloped Circle Nestabilities die.

The image was adhered to the card with dimensionals. Rhinestones from a  72 Count Rhinestone pack were added to the right hand side of it and part of a Finesse Rhinestone Swirl underneath. A bow was tied out of seam binding, topped with a Basic Grey button and adhered to the lower right of the image layer to finish it off.

The inside of the card is kept very simple. A white cardstock circle with a strip of Nantucket Paper. A sentiment was stamped over it in Rich Cocoa Memento ink and a shell was stamped behind it in second generation Vintage Photo ink.

Today I get to share a sample with one of the CHA release stamps from JustRite Stampers with you. The set is called Warm and Cozy and it includes two beautiful medallions. I stamped the bigger image twice in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on Neenah Solar White cardstock. One was cut and embossed with one of the new Nested Medallion Dies, the other with a Standard Circle Nestabilities dies. They images were colored with Copic Markers (YG00, YG01, YG03, BG11, BG13, BG15).

The circle layer was adhered over the Medallion with dimensionals. Baby Bling Rhinestones were added to both layers before they were adhered to a piece of Solar White cardstock cut with Cheery Lynn’s French Pastry Doily die.

A 3 15/16″ square of First Edition Patterned Paper was embossed with the Brocade Embossing folder and stitched to a 4 1/8″ square of black cardstock. Turquoise Organdy Ribbon was tied around the layer and the medallion layers were adhered above it. Everything was adhered to the card base; Solar White cardstock, cut and embossed with the smallest of the  Grand Scallop Square Nestabilities dies.

A sentiment from Warm and Cozy was stamped in Tuxedo Black ink on a piece of Solar White cardstock, cut and embossed with the smallest of the Petite Oval Nestabilities die. The embossed part of the layer was colored with Copic Markers YG00 and YG01. Part of a Finesse Rhinestone Swirl was adhered to the upper right corner of the card to finish it off.

JustRite Stampers just released a lot of new gorgeous stamp sets. Today the Cling set Your Special Day Medallion Labels is being featured on the JustRite Stampers blog and by the Design Team Members. I got invited to play along and of course I said yes.

My card is pretty simple. I didn’t want to take away from the wonderful label. I stamped the label image twice in Jet Black Archival ink, once on  Neenah Solar White cardstock and once on a piece of MME Lost & Found Union Square Patterned Paper. The image on the cardstock was cut and embossed with one of the new JustRite Stampers exclusive Nested Oval Medallion dies.

The inner rim of the frame was colored with Copic Markers (R08, R39). The inner oval of the patterned paper frame was cut out and adhered to the cardstock layer. A sentiment from the same set was stamped inside the frame. A small heart image was stamped in the oval with second generation Vintage Photo Distress ink .

A piece of May Arts Crochet Lace was adhered under a  5/8″ x 4″ piece of Union square paper which was then taped to a 2 1/2″ x 4″ piece of patterned paper from the same paper pack. The layers were stitched to a 4″ x 5″ piece of patterned paper, that had the bottom two corners rounded. Seam Binding was tied around the layers and the bow was topped with an October Afternoon Farmhouse Button.

Parts of a black Finesse Rhinestone Swirl were adhered to the upper right and lower left of the layer before the label was adhered with dimensionals. The layers were taped to the card base, a 4 1/4″ x 10 1/2″ piece of black cardstock folded in half.

The current JustRite Stampers Challenge is easy. Make a Christmas Card or Tag.  The winner of the challenge will receive two sets of die sets from the JustRite store, three honorable mentions will oone die set! SWEET!!!

For my creation I started out stamping the biggest stamp from Musical Notes in Rich Cocoa Memento Ink on Classic White cardstock. One was cut out and embossed with the  second largest Label 20 Nestabilities die, the other with the third largest die. The ribbon and ornate embellishments of the image were colored with Copic Markers (R24, R27, R29, YR21, YR23, YR24) before both labels were sponged with Vintage Photo Distress ink. A sentiment from the Christmas Nested Frames was stamped in Rich Memento Ink in the center of the smaller label before that layer was adhered to the larger label with dimensionals.

A piece of MME Lost & Found Christmas was cut and embossed with a Label 21 Nestabilities die. The edges were sanded and then cut at the embossed line. A piece of Kraft cardstock was cut and embossed with the same die. The edges of both the cardstock and paper layers were sponged with Vintage Photo Distress ink before the layers were stitched on top of each other.Red Seam Binding (Stampin’ Up!) was tied around the layers. The bow was topped with a button, tied on with Linen Thread.

Another piece of Lost & Found Christmas paper was cut and embossed with the second smallest Grand Label 23 Nestabilities die. The edges were sanded and cut off at the embossed line. A piece of Kraft cardstock was cut and embossed with the same die. The edges of both the cardstock and paper layer were sponged with Vintage Photo before the layers were stitched together. The sentiment layers were adhered to this layer with dimensionals. Cream Baby Bling Pearls finish off this section.

Now I had to decide if I should make it into a card and just cut a base for it, of into something else. I thought it would look great as a box. I took pictures while making the box for step by step instructions. If you are interested how I made this, click on more.

I wish you all a wonderful day, filled with family and friends, turkey and football (well…if you like football).

I created this card to send to my In-Laws. I love the new JustRite Stampers Autumn Label 22 Stamp set and knew I wanted to use it for my Thanksgiving card.

I stamped the biggest image twice in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on Neenah Solar White cardstock. I cut and embossed one of the images with the Label 22 Nestabilities die. From the other I cut the pumpkin image out. The images were colored with Copic Markers (Pumpkin: Y17, YR15, YR18   Leaves: YG01, YG03, YG63, YG67   Stem, Frame top/bottom: E97, E99, E37   Stripes/words: YR30, 1/5th YR31, YR31) and the pumpkin image was adhered to the complete image with dimensionals. Both layers were adhered to a piece of Canyon Brown Cardstock, cut and embossed with a Lace Doily Accent die.

A 2 3/4″ x 4 1/2″ strip of MME Lost &Found 2 Breeze paper was adhered to a 4 1/2″ square from the same paper pack. The layers were stitched to a 3/16″ bigger piece of Canyon Brown cardstock. Antique Gold Organdy Ribbon was threaded through one of the Lace Doily holes before the image layers were adhered to the card front layers with dimensionals. The ribbon was tied into a bow and topped with fancy Brad bought at Hobby Lobby.

The layers were adhered to the card base, a piece of Kraft cardstock cut and embossed with one of the Grand Scalloped Square Nestabilities dies. Baby Bling Creme Pearls finish off the card front.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving day and weekend!

Yesterday’s Featured Stamper on Splitcoaststampers was Anne Harada.  I cased this card of hers for the Featured Stamper challenge as well as the current JustRite Stampers challenge. I kept the top part of her card as a layout and the butterflies. I switched the blue with pink and her gorgeous lace (didn’t have double sided lace like that) with Crochet Lace topped with Organdy Ribbon.

I stamped two butterfly images from the new Botanical Butterflies set two times each in Embossing Ink on Natural White cardstock and embossed them with clear embossing powder. The images were cut and embossed with a Classic Square Nestabilities die and two images were sponged with Spun Sugar, two with Frayed Burlap Distress ink. The squares were stitched to pieces of Canyon Brown Cardstock, that had been cut and embossed with a Eyelet Square Nestabilities die.

A 4 3/8″ x 4 3/4″ piece of MME Lost & Found 2 Blush Patterned paper was stitched to a 3/16″ bigger piece of Natural White cardstock. Crochet Lace was adhered over the center horizontally before the four butterfly squares were adhered with dimensionals. Ivory Ogandy Ribbon was tied over the lace and topped with a button, tied on with cream embroidery floss.

A sentiment from Fleur De Lis Label 20 was stamped in Walnut Stain Distress ink on a piece of Natural White cardstock, that had been cut and embossed with a Blossom Tags & Accent die. The inner part of the die cut was sponged lightly with Frayed Burlap ink. It was adhered to the lower left butterfly square.  Two Baby Bling pearls were added to the sentiment and parts of a Finesse Pearl Swirl were added above the sentiment and above the ribbon bow.

The card base was cut and embossed with a Grand Scallop Square Nestabilities die. The layers were adhered to the card base.

You still have time to participate in the JustRiteStampers challenge. You have to create a Thank you card and add a link to the JustRite Stampers blog before Wednesday evening. You can win stamp sets if your card get chosen as a winner!

The card also works for this month Inspiration Emporium Challenge. We are to use our favorite tool! Besides my sewing machine, I LOVE my Nestabilities dies and my Blending tool. Sponging with the Blending tool and Craft mat create such gorgeous results! I have one blending tool for each color group so I don’t have to change the foam everytime I sponge.

Don’t they look pretty on four Craft Spinners put together? I hope you try out the challenges! JustRiteStampers will give away stamp sets, Inspiration Emporium a $50 gift certificate for the store. So what are you waiting for! Get your stamp on!

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful day.

I created this card a while ago for a publication. It wasn’t picked, so I get to talk about it here. 🙂

The image is from JustRite Stampers retired Quiet Moments stamp set. It was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on Neenah Solar White cardstock. It was cut with one of the Square Nestabilities die and the Out of the Box technique and colored with Copic Markers ( Blossoms: R20, R21, R22, R24   Leaves: G21, G24, G28   Branches: E25, E27, E29   Mom’s Hair: E08, E97, E19, E18   Moms’ Dress: B21, B23, B24,  Mom’s skin: E00, E01, E11    Girl skin: E000, E01, E02   girl Hair: E97, E99   Girl Dress: Y32, Y35, Y38, E97, YG01, YG03, YG25, YG17   Moon: BV000, BV00, BV01, 1/5th YR31, YR31).

The edges were airbrushed with Copic Marker BV00 before it was layered to a piece of Brown cardstock, cut and embossed with the next size Square Nestabilities dies. Both layers were adhered to a piece of white cardstock, cut and embossed with a Lacy Square Nestabilities die.

A 2 1/4″ x 4 3/4″ piece of Webster’s Pages petite paper was aadhered ot a 4 3/4″ square from the same paper pack. The layers were stitched to a 1/4″ bigger piece of white cardstock.

White Melissa Frances ribbon was adhered above the horizontal layer before everything was adhered to the card base, a 5 1/4″ x 10 1/2″ piece of  Brown cardstock, folded in half. The image was adhered on the card front with dimensionals.

A sentiment from the same set was stamped on a piece of white cardstock, cut and embossed with the retired 5 Tag die. The center of the tag was airbrushed with Copic Marker BV00. The tag was tied underneath a ribbon bow and adhered to the left hand side of the image. Lippy Red Kaisercraft Rhinestones finish off the card.

Since the set is retired, I will be giving it away in this blog post. To win the set, just add your url to the Mr. Linky underneath. If you don’t have a blog address, but are a member of Splitcoast, just use your gallery address. This works even if you don’t have anything in your gallery. Your gallery address is (https://splitcoaststampers.com/go/username). I won’t be drawing a winner until we are settled in our new house. That might take until the 10th of July.

Thanks so much for stopping by! We are in the middle of cleaning our house. Friday is inspection and Saturday we drive to Illinois. Have a wonderful day!

I created this card for today’s JustRite Stampers Color Challenge. The inspiration piece is a beautiful bed cover shown in this picture. It also worked great for yesterday’s Way to Use it Challenge on Splitcoast, Flower Frenzy.

Doesn’t that just scream Springtime? I hope Ohio hears that scream….because on Wednesday, I created this card while snow was falling.  It didn’t stay on the ground, thank goodness, but really? Snow at the end of March? No thank you!

For my card I decided to use a frame from the Fancy Label Cling set with an image from the Breath of Spring set. The frame was stamped first in Rich Cocoa Memento Ink on Neenah Solar White cardstock, It was then masked and the tulip bouquet from Breath of Spring was stamped in the same color.

The image was colored with Copic Markers (Tulips: YR61, YR65, YR68   Y21, Y23, Y38    Leaves: YG61, YG63, YG67   Bow and tag: B60, B63    Shading and Frame: YR30, 1/5th YR31 (custom made marker), YR31) and cut out with Label 18 Nestabilities (those just came in that day! Perfect timing).

After coloring I went on the hunt for the perfect paper. I looked through my entire stash trying to find matching blue paper, but couldn’t find a thing. I guess I need more paper, LOL?

I finally settled on a 2 1/4″ x 3 3/4″ strip of Material Girl green paper from Cosmo Cricket stitched on a 3 3/4″ x 5 /12″ piece of Cosmo Cricket Ever After paper. 1/2 a doily was adhered to the top and White Organdy Ribbon was tied around the green paper strip. The ribbon was heated with a heat gun to age it and topped with a Vintage Brad from Stampin’ Up!. A second brad was placed over it.

The image was adhered over the ribbon with dimensionals. A Recollections Pearl Swirl was cut up. The big part was adhered on the top left , the small piece was adhered to the lower right of the image.

The sentiment is from the Cling set Fancy Tags. It was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink (just noticed I did a booboo and didn’t stamp that in Rich Cocoa. DUH) on a piece of Solar White cardstock cut and embossed with the smallest die from the Tag Trio set. The embossed part of the tag was colored with Copic Marker B60.

I hope you have time to play in this challenge. To participate, make a card, upload it and post a link on the JustRite Inspiration blog. Please visit the other designers that prepared samples for you:
